Return and refund policy

Right of withdrawal You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item, in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act and the Consumer Purchase Act. To use your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing at [email address] within the deadline, and return the item without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you gave notice.

Requirements for the item The item must be returned in the same quantity and condition as when you received it. Auto parts that have been installed, used or handled cannot be returned. We recommend that you contact us before installation if you are unsure whether the part fits.

Refund We refund the purchase price no later than 14 days after we have received and approved the returned item. We refund to the same payment method used for the purchase. You cover the return shipping yourself, unless the item was defective or we sent the wrong item.

Complaints Consumer purchases have a 5-year right to complain under the Norwegian Consumer Purchase Act, but you must notify us within a reasonable time after you discovered the defect. Contact us at [email address] with a photo of the item and a description of the defect.
